🧭 What Will You Do?

Your responsibilities will depend on whether or not you’re licensed:

🔹 If you’re not licensed:

• Process payments for existing policies
• Provide basic information on services and coverages
• Send and deliver documents via email, message, mail, or in person
• Collect data so a licensed agent can provide quotes or assist with claims
• Send notifications for canceled, expired, or soon-to-expire policies
• Organize and file customer documentation
• Help with basic marketing tasks (e.g., office events, social media, photos)
• Assist clients with vehicle- or license-related services (e.g., DMV appointments, address changes, renewals)

🔹 If you are licensed:
In addition to the above (except DMV support):

• Provide quotes and customer guidance
• Sell policies and handle post-sale follow-up
• Create and manage accounts with carriers
• Coordinate with carrier representatives
• Process policy changes or endorsements
• Support customers with claims or accident processes
• Renew policies and manage your book of business

📍 Job Details

• Location: On-site in Palatine, IL
• Schedule:
  • Mon–Fri: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (1-hour break)
  • Sat: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Full-time: 40 hours/week

💰 Base Pay:

• $16–$17/hr without license (depending on experience)
• $19/hr with active license (negotiable)

✅ Basic Requirements

• Intermediate English
• Computer skills
• Customer service skills
• Must be eligible to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license in Illinois
  👉 We offer support during training and licensing

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced or native-level English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Lives in or near Palatine, IL
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service

📌 If you already have a license, it must be an active Illinois Property and Casualty license.
